Gitoryx is published by a French auto-entrepreneur (micro-entrepreneur), SIRET 90145569100021. For any inquiry, contact: hello@gitoryx.com.

Gitoryx is a native Git client for macOS, Windows, and Linux. It is provided in three tiers:

• Free — core features, no time limit, no account required.
• One-time purchase — perpetual licence for the current major version, including minor updates.
• Annual subscription — access to all features and all updates for the duration of the active subscription.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share your account or use Gitoryx to impersonate another person.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings or by contacting hello@gitoryx.com.

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT).

Right of withdrawal: Under French and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital goods, unless you have explicitly waived this right by starting to use the product. Downloading or activating a licence key constitutes such waiver. If you have not yet activated your licence, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting hello@gitoryx.com.

Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refund is issued for the remaining period.

One-time purchases: A perpetual licence grants you the right to use the version of Gitoryx current at the time of purchase, and all subsequent minor updates within that major version. It does not include future major version upgrades.

Gitoryx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on your personal devices (macOS, Windows, and Linux) for your own use. You may not redistribute, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or modify the application.

You agree not to use Gitoryx to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or service.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the Gitoryx service.

Gitoryx and all related assets (design, code, trademarks, logo) are the exclusive property of the publisher. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Your Git repositories and any data you manage with Gitoryx remain entirely your own.

Gitoryx is provided on an as-is basis. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but no uptime guarantee is given. Features may be added, changed, or removed in future updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gitoryx, including any loss of data.

The publisher's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

As a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the Changelog and, where required, by email. Continued use of Gitoryx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
